We are delighted to announce that we will be re-opening the doors on Wednesday 26th August 2020 (Following inspection from Environmental Health on Friday 21st August)
Of course, our main priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff and as such as we have created house guidelines to adhere to – click here to read in full.
Before your visit please make yourself familiar with our guidelines and the key information.
Failure to adhere to our measures may result in your group being asked to leave the premises.
We will be operating on a slightly different opening hours in initial stages:
Restaurant & Bar
Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 11am to 6pm
Bookings can be made online here.
We will be following the current Government guidance and from Monday 14th September, you will be able to meet people from no more than 1 other household at a time in a group of no more than 6 people (Children under 12 from the 2 households do not need to maintain physical distance and do not count towards the total number of people at the gathering).
Face coverings must be worn while customers are not at their table (Entering the building, visiting rest rooms or at any other time while moving around the venue).
In order to welcome as many as possible, we may have some time limits on tables at busy times but where possible we will allow you to remain.
Booking is highly recommended to ensure you secure a table. Please arrive at your confirmed arrival time - if you are late, we will have the right to release your table. It may not be possible to fulfil specific table requests at this time.
In line with Government guidance we are obliged to pass your contact details should it be required to assist with NHS Test and Protect.
A limited number of tables are available to book for drinks only, both in the bar area and when possible in the restaurant (later in the evening). A maximum number of guests per table will apply. Bookings for drinks only must be made directly with the venue (telephone/email) rather than online.
We will be operating with a 1 metre physical distancing zone – please follow the advice of staff and observe physical distancing.
Your dedicated server will be with you to take your order at a safe distance – please do not visit the bar or service areas.
We will bring all food, drink and utensils to you in a safe manner – please remain seated where possible. All of our staff have been trained on all new measures in place.
Toilets will be in use with directional signage and walkway systems in place.
Card payments preferred – contactless, apple pay all accepted.
Upon visiting, you will be welcomed by our dedicated host who will guide you to your table.
Please make yourself comfortable at your table – we politely ask you not to move furniture as it has been positioned to meet social distance measures.
Avoid close contact with others and observe safety signage throughout your visit.
