Time for a new menu at The Esslemont

With the festivities officially started and the Christmas decorations lighting up our venue, it’s time to launch our new menu.
Perfect for the colder weather, our new menu features a delicious selection of heart-warming seasonal dishes to see you through the Winter months.
As this our first menu change since launch, it seems only right we celebrate with a competition…
From our classic Cullen Skink and Scottish Smoked Salmon Timbale to our flavoursome Haggis Fritters with lentil dhal & spiced onion relish & Chicken Satay Skewers with Asian slaw and mango & dill puree.
For mains we have Slow Braised Shin of Beef with comforting haggis mash and whisky sauce, Pan Fried Duck Breast with baked sweet potato, winter greens and a baby pear jus alongside Seared Sea Bass Fillets with shredded sprouts & chorizo, spiced cinnamon paprika potatoes with a lemon and dill dressing to highlight a few.
To finish we have delicious fine pieces with a white chocolate & orange mousse with crushed biscotti & raspberry, steamed clementine pudding with citrus anglaise, vanilla crème brulee with mulled berry compote with oatmeal & raisin cookie and a banana blondie with maple syrup & honeycomb ice cream.
